We have developed a number of products that will dramatically change the way law is practiced. The online questionnaires are the backbone of the system. They will be used as an online prospecting tool.
Our online, interactive questionnaires are our benchmark products. They are designed to be intuitive and engaging. The questions we ask are carefully crafted to engage the user by asking questions that will trigger, what in Neuorlinguist Programming (NLP) is referred to as "Trans-dirivational Search." Well crafted questions have an almost hypnotic effect on the subject. There is something about the human physique; we are feel this compulsion to answer. This is especially true if the question goes to the internal state of the user.
For the most part, we know the general mental state of most anyone seeking help with a legal issue. We start by pacing the user's internal state then lead the user from their state of anxiety, fear, and confusion to a realization that they have remedy and we are the ones who can provide it.
We ask questions calculated to intrigue the user as we ask for information they knew but did not realize was important. In this way we get rapport and trust.
There is much more to the technology. The value of a static set of mapped questions allow us to monitor the responses we get to insure integrity, and truthfulness of the answers.
The questionnaire is designed to grab the interest of the user by asking questions which go directly to the prospect's personal issue. We start by asking seeming simple questions which go to legal issues the prospect may not have known about.
By this method, we gain their attention an interest. We inform them about potential remedy, not by telling them, by asking questions which go to the issues. This induces the prospect to come to the conclusions that they have remedies they did not know about.
Each time a user selects and answer, a statement is placed in the output document that is displayed to the right of the questions. Without having to explain, the prospect will quickly realize that we are creating a statement from their answers and they are going to want this statement.

We plan to make the tool available to local counties for use by local jails. In 2019, counties in Texas paid $990 million dollars to house pre-trial inmates. The vast majority of these requested court appointed counsel which cost the counties another $254 million.
Most people who rely on court appointed counsel do not realize the limitations of court appointed counsel or the remedy they have available. If they were adequately appraised of their circumstance, many would hire counsel.
It is the purpose of the questionnaire to demonstrate to the user that they have remedy but will need paid counsel in order to secure that remedy.
Also, for the most part, people who have been arrested, whether guilty or innocent, want to be heard. By giving them the opportunity to use the questionnaire, the tool will allow them to be heard.
The most frightening thing for a bondsman is to bond someone out of jail. While it is their profession, each bail is a risk. The more information they can get to make the decision, the better for them and, bondsmen want thier clients to have counsel as counsel tends to stabilize the clients.
We plan to sell the audits to local interested lawyers and will pay the bondsmen an override on the sale of the audits.
The questionnaires will create audits of the prospect's case. We plan to make the audits downloadable for the prospect so that they can use it to seek counsel or, in the alternative, the user can click the button provided agreeing to allow us to forward the audit to local lawyers who practice in the immediate area of law. The audit will be sent as a solicitation for representation.
Of all aspects of this project, this is the cash cow. Using the questionnaires, we can isolate all the legal issues in the case, determine the motions and pleadings that are indicated, then produce those motions and pleadings in fully hyperlinked format. All the professional has to do is download sign and send.
While our questions are presented to the user one at a time, when we develop them we do so using a digital map. This map can be made available to the legal professional to use when interviewing a clients as a checklist. The professional can open the map and easily visualize the current circumstance of the client.
We call this a Research Repository as, not only can the professional user open the map and visualize the client's circumstance, s/he can also quickly and efficiently locate any legal point or issue. At each point or issue, the professional will have access to all the related case law that has been linked there.
No more keyword searches or reading 50 to 100 cases to find the first case on point and no more missing cases.
If we miss something, we will only miss it once as it will then be incorporated into the system.
No more keyword searching. Using the research repository a professional can quickly navigate to any defined legal point or issue an there, find all the current case law addressing the issues.
We are creating a document database. the document database will not exactly store documents. The database will store legal arguments as they relate to specific legal issues.
In researching the methodology for producing legal documents on the fly, a realization emerged from the work and that it: It matters little, if at all, how one gets to a legal point. Every legal point or issue will have a requisite fact set. Once the requisites are met, the issue will always be argued the same. Therefore, for each point or issue, we develop a basically generic argument and drop it in the database. This way, when the requisite facts are met, the argument is dropped in the document.
All that is left is to carefully craft the intors and altros from the argument. The tool will actually create documents on the fly uniquely tuned to the unique circumstances of the client.m
Here is where we begin to employ Artifical Intelligence. In reality, artificial intelligence is little more that sophisticated algorithms.
We are designing search tools to scrub all the legal statutes looking for definitions. We are building a lexicon of terms of art. We will have a database of all the terms that are specifically defined in particular legal circumstances.
Once we have the lexicon complete, we will then develop software that will read legal documents and everywhere it finds a term of art, a term that has a specific legal meaning, it will build a list of those meanings then highlight the word in the text so that, if someone does a mouse-over, the list of definitions will pop up.
We are seeking funding to flesh out the remaining codes, rules, and regulations into the expert structure then make the structure available to practitioners in the specific areas of practice so that they can fill in any issue or elements that may be missing, or make adjustments based on new developments and changes in the field.
We have developed a marketing strategy that will allow people with legal issues to market their case to an entire group of lawyers.
We have developed questionnaires that will generate an evaluation of the case then send it to an entire group of lawyers practicing within the legal venue as a solicitation for representation.
The lawyer gets access to a case with all the pertinent facts already in hand so the lawyer can decide which cases to take without having to spend time interviewing the client, and the client gets access to a number of offers from lawyers.
We have developed a product that will be compelling to lawyers. Once we have it implemented, it will so dramatically increase the effectiveness of any lawyer using it that all lawyers will have to have the product in order to compete. We also have a method of marketing that can get our product in the hands of every lawyer in the state in a very short time. By providing the questionnaire we have developed to a person in need of legal assistence we develop a report we can then send to every lawyer practicing withing a venue as a solicitation for representatoin. We also have some unique ways of getting in front of people who need our questionnaire.
We will design online websites where people can go to get an electronic evaluation of their case. The user will then have the option of allowing us to send the evaluation to every lawyer practicing in the venue. We will build the questionnaire portion as a plugin that can be plugged into any existing website. We can then make the plugin available to other websites as a resource for their clients.
The questionnaire we have developed asks questions designed to elicit the elements of a case. It is a data mining tool in that, the client does not see how large the questionnaire is or how complex the subject matter is. The client will follow a single line through the data and only address those issues relevent to the client's instant case. This will give the lawyer a valuable tool for evaluating a case without having to spend time talking to the client about the basic facts. When the lawyer talks to the client, s/he will already have most of what is needed and can go directly to specifics.
The questionnaires we produce are simply front ends for a legal inference engine and document preparation tool.
We are developing a referential engine interlinked to a database library intended to contain the corpus juries in such a fashion that all the codes are interconnected. By extracting the expertise of a number of experts and including the links they make between codes, rules, and regulations, we can develop an inference library. This library will contain the inferences expert lawyers make that will allow our engine to consistently apply the lawyers intuition. We explain 3D Mindspace elsewhere, but reference is relevant here. Our model demonstrates that "intuition" as humans experience may merely be the pushing into direct awareness of conclusions and considerations made by aspects of mind which act in the peripheral awareness. Experts have intuitions because they do sophisticated internal calculations. Our inference engine will use those intuitions to interconnect all the codes, rules and regulations into a library of knowledge.

This is not "artificial intelligence." This tool will merely connect the dots as we collect them. It may give the unschooled the impression of intelligence, but it is only a machine connecting the dots human beings have programmed into it. As to artificial intelligence, we are, at this point, unable to determine what organic intelligence is beyond connecting dots. It would be ludicrous for us to try to create artificial intelligence when we don't really know what intelligence is. But, we are working on it.

When the end of this particular line of code is completed, the user can click a "front" button and the map will rotate back to normal position.

We will design a special plugin for lawyers to put on their websites. This plugin will have features that will be of value to the lawyer.
The current bail bond association, Professional Bail Bondsmen of Texas, is underfunded and ineffective as an advocate for bondsmen. It is underfunded as bondsmen are dropping out of the association becuase they find no value in membership. There is a window of opportunity for us to open an association and give us reason to solicit every bondsman in the state to join our association. This will give us access to almost every person bonded out of jail in the state of which there are approximately 1,000,000 every year. The people being bonded out will then provide us with a way to market our product to every lawyer within a jurisdiction.
By providing the questionnaire as a qualifying tool, we capture valuable information we can then send to all the local lawyers as a solicitation for representation.
Bondsmen are in business to make money. For the most part, their profession is risky in that they are dealing with people who are often the most untrustworthy in our society. However, they collect a unique set of data which, if carefully organized can be a source of income for us and the bondsmen from which we collect the data. For this reason, we can create a bail bond association for which we give free membership. The bondsmen, by using our resources, will provide us with extremely valuable data. The people being bonded out provide us with evaluations we can then send to every lawyer in a jurisdiction as solicitation for representations. These will be valuable resources for the lawyers to whom we can then sell our document production product. The references by the person become a resource to market the legal insurance to and solicite evaluations of issues beyond criminal.
We will use the quetionnaire as a tool to sell the client on the value of legal insurance. By signing up the bondsman in a multi level system, we can stack their downline and generate additional income for them.
The most stressful part of being a bondsman is trying to decide who they will bond out. While it is the way they make their money, is it also the way they loose their money.
We have a design for a database where participating bondsmen can list all the people they have contact with and identification data for the contact. By listing not only people the bondsmen have bonded out, but also people people providing the funds, the surities, references, and aqauintences. This will give bondsmen a way of finding a person by locating his friends and relatives.
When a bondsman gets a call from the jail, or from a friend or family member of someone needing bonded out, they can run the name on our database and scure a list of prior contacts. This will immediately tell the bondsman if the person is an habitual offender or if this is a first or second arrest. If they are considering bonding a person out, they can find out if the preson just talked to the bondsman across the street and in bond shopping. In that first couple of minutes, this information will be invaluable for making the decision to bond or not.

Bondsmen are often at odds with the police. We will use our database to bring the police and bondsmen together in a way that will benefit both. When a person bond jumps the bondsman is at risk and the police have an interest in locating the person. The database we will be building from the bondsmens records, we can make available to the police in return for similar informatoin from them. This will increase the size of the database and thus, its usefulness and also promote cooperation between bondsmen and police when trying to locate a bond jumper.
A person bonded out will always be more stable when they are reprersented by counsel. It is to the bondsman's benifit to have the person represented by counsel. This can also be an indirect source of income for the bondsman. by having the person fill out the questionnaire we can provide the bondsman with a royalty on any busines we do producing documents for that particular client. We will also promite the client and the clients references to purchase legal insurance which will also generate a royalty for the bondsman.
At this time, we are not considering the bail bond association or the free wbsite as a direct income source, but rather, as a marketing strategy. While either may become profitable over time, initaially the information they provide is of great value to us. Their information will provide us with a way of getting us in front of every lawyer in Texas within days of launch. The primary product we will produce, the case motions and pleadings, are of far more value than any income we could generate directly from the bondsman. We can even make the association a source of income for the bondsman by giving the bondsman a royalty on any document sales we subsequently secure.
For us, we get to use the evaluation as a reason to contact every lawyer in the jurisdiction with a solicitaton. We can then offer the client our other services which include document preparation for the case. We will be able to, thorough the questionnaire, be able to produce motions and pleadings indicated by the client's answers. The documents will be prepared based on the common practices of a particular jurisdiction and court in fully hyperlinked format. With this tool, we can become an electronic paralegal for the lawyer assuring the lawyer that the documents are relevant and complete with all the latest law.
If you go to the law library, you will find rows and rows of books on law and hundreds of volumes of case law, statutes, rules, and regulations. A non-professional trying to understand a legal situation is quickly overwhelmed. Even lawyers are plagued with the nagging concern that, even after extensive research, that they may have missed something.
We have constructed a set of tools that will allow us to prepare a questionnaire that will lead a person through this labyrinth of law and take the person directly to the law that applies to his/her situation.
Mapping the elements of a given subject and even the entire expertise of an expert in most any particular area of knowledge, given the right tool, is surprisingly simple and straightforward. We have developed a methodology that will allow us to capture an expert's entire knowledge base and then present that knowledge base to other experts in the form of a visual map. We then invite other experts to look at our tool and tell us where we missed something that we may add their knowledge to the structure. Every lawyer knows that you never make a pro-active statement of fact or law out of your own mouth. You must always make statements of law out of the mouth of the Legislature or the courts. The questionnaire referenced above will output a statement of facts and, where indicated, it will produce pleadings and motions. The pleadings and motions will make reference to Constitutions, statutes, rules, regulations, and Stare Decisis. Where a reference is made, mouse-over of the reference will generate a popup box containing the relevant portion of the reference. A click on the popup box will link to the full text of the reference with the cited portion highlighted. This puts all the law at the fingertips of the lawyer and the court.
With the advent of electronic filings, judges are asking for fully hyperlinked documents to ease their burden. Our output will give the judges precisely what they tell us they need, in the format they find most useful.
Every profession has preferred methods of practice and procedure. In law the actual practice is available in the form of litigation guides. All lawyers use them as they, on the one hand, do most of the work for the lawyer, but on the other, they provide to the judge, a very consistent output document. The judge reads lots of pleadings and motions. S/he wants to find what s/he expects to find where s/he expects to find it. This makes for judicial economy. If you give a judge a pleading outside the standard format and with a bunch of cases s/he has never seen before, do you really think a busy judge is going to read all those cases? S/he is most likely to simply rule against your pleading or motion out of hand. That may not be right, but judges are busy and they want what they want the way they want it.
One of the most difficult and annoying problems with legal research is finding the first case on point. The questionnaire is all about legal elements in context, on point. By using this structured approach we are able to isolate the legal points in a map format. For participating lawyers, at each point we will provide a folder where the lawyer can store cases they find on the specific point and where they can exhibit briefs they want other lawyers to see. So instead of going to an endless library searching for that first case on point, the lawyer simply looks at the map, finds the point and what he needs will be at his fingertips.
We will need a team trained in the use of the tool to extract the expertise of professionals in a given area of practice. While we will start with criminal and foreclosure as we already have those mostly completed, we intend to capture every area of legal specialization in this format. By applying the tool to a number of practitioners in each area of practice, we capture the expertise of them all and assemble that accumulated wisdom into a single tool then provide the tool to the potential client as a teaching tool for the client and a vehicle to market our paralegal service to the lawyer.
Once the initial extraction has been accomplished, we have a second tool we will make available to potential professional clients through our sales force. We offer the tool as a way to look inside our evaluation and look for places where we have missed some issue so that the professional can add his particular knowledge to the system. For this we will charge a nominal amount. Primarily we want the lawyer to become a participant in the process of producing current and relevant, well-structured documents.
This will add to our knowledge base while drawing the professional into using our service to produce output documents that would otherwise be too complicated for non-expert personnel to produce. The lawyer will be able to purchase a well-structured document for less than he could pay a paralegal to type it up.
We will need a team to maintain the specific tools we develop to insure that they are up to date and are responsive to immediate needs of our clients. For this we will need:
We will need a paralegal team to prepare the legal elements that will go into the creation of the documents. We will build a database that will hold each element. Each element will need to be written so that it will stand alone or, where that is not reasonable, we will develop specific arguments that have intuitive lead-ins and lead-outs so that the document reads well. The paralegals will also moderate the portion of the site where lawyer input their documents.
The company will generate revenue by selling the product to libraries who can then make the product available to their clients. This will relieve the librarian of trying to direct the person through the maze of available information and give the library a set of useful tools that will help draw visitors to their facilities. By charging each client for the evaluations the products will create, we generate revenue, a part of which will provide income for the library.
Each profession has its own organizations to which most all the practicing professionals belong. This is the natural place to make the product available. By offering it to the professional organizations as a value added product they can make available to their members, we provide added income for the organization while getting in front of a large client base with little or no direct outlay of advertising funds.
By using well developed websites we can reach large areas of the potential market at a very reasonable cost. The public is moving increasingly to the internet to find their needs and we can use that increased technological savvy of the general public to market our product directly to the potential client, then offer the client access to professionals practicing in their area by directly mailing their evaluation to the professional as a solicitation for representation. Every evaluation will be an opportunity to demonstrate the value of our product to every profession in the practice area.
By the artful use of an interactive-online questionnaire, we can develop 90% of a lawyer's case less than 10% of the time it would take the lawyer to develop the same information. Lawyers are trained to argue legal issues, not to develop them. Law school do not teach students how to deal with the psychology, and often, pathology of their clients in eliciting the information they need to adjudicate the case, and, your clients never tells you everything.
Humans, for better or worse are emotional. The emotional factor intrudes in every legal situation. By using a computer to elicit information from the client, we avoid most of the emotional content. By carefully crafting our questions, we can bypass much of the cognitive dissonance and emotional interference people in stressful situations experience. Also, the computer never forgets to ask a question that is indicated by the previous answers. Using this online tool, we are able to insure that the right question is asked so that no important issue is overlooked. This will be of great value to the lawyer and the client as well.
We will build our own websites and make the link available to others who, although not directly related to law, can provide the tool as a resource for their users.
We will develop an audit the user can download. They can use it to study their case and make available to any lawyer they talk to about representing them. The audit will indicate all the motions and pleadings indicated by the answers but, only motions and pleadings that are immediately indicated, such as Motion for Continuance to Seek Counsel, or others that are needed to preserve the rights and legal position of the prospect.

We can make these audits freely available to the public as the true purpose is to induce them to allow us to forward the audit to a number of lawyers so that they get the opportunity to talk to a few lawyers and get some free legal advice. It is up to the lawyer to sell him/herself to the prospect.

We are designing an open source project we will call Legal Earth. This project will map the legal landscape of planet earth. The site will present a crystal globe with the world’s political boundaries etched on its surface, similar to the globe on Google Earth. The globe is crystal as at the center there will be 4 concentric globes of increasing size. A click on the smallest will bring up, for the country selected, all the international treaties and agreements the country is engaged in. The next will bring up the statutes implemented to enforce the treaties and agreements, then rules, then regulations. This gives a visual representation of the relationships of one to the other. From the surface, each boundary will extrude inward to a point. The point will bring up the founding documents, then federal agencies, rules and regulations. Above will be a cloudlike layer where a click will bring up a list of practice areas that will take the user to the questionnaires we are producing.
We will promote law schools, government agencies, and lawyers from around the world to contribute. This will create a single source where anyone can find any law.
By emailing the evaluation to every lawyer practicing in the venue, we get our service in front of every lawyer while delivering something of value to the lawyer. We will simply email the evaluation to every lawyer who practices in the particular area of law. This is something that has never been done. It answers a primary problem lawyers have in that, as licensed professionals, they are restricted from contacting clients directly. This will make it so that clients can contact the lawyer with all the information the lawyer needs to determine if s/he wants to take the case, and gives us a reason to regularly get our service in front of the lawyer.
We will get no commission of any kind form the lawyer. This will insure that there are no issues as to the referral system since the client will be soliciting directly to the lawyer and no commissions are passed.
The primary source of income from this product will be from the lawyers when they purchase the documents our system produces. We can produce the documents as a cost below that of a para-legal and with a much higher level of sophistication. All of the documents will be in a format the lawyer can edit as s/he deems appropriate.
This will give starting lawyers a way to enter most any area of practice without having to worry about missing important issues. We will have a complete analysis of the client's case available to the lawyer so that they can represent the client with confidence and not worry that they may have missed an important issue.
The evaluation itself will produce income. We project charging the user $50.00 for the criminal evaluation. For other evaluations we may or may not charge a fee. Of that amount, we will receive $25.00.
In Texas, the last year statistics are available is 2011. In that year, there were 1,063,803 criminal arrests. We can realistically consider this as a potential client base. By gaining immediate access to all the bail bondsmen who are members of the Texas Professional Bail Bond Association, we get rapid access to a large portion of that client base.
With a potential client base in Texas of 1,063,803 arrests per year, where the bondsman includes this evaluation as a condition of contracting with the client, we can reasonably expect a large percentage very quickly however in the interest of being conservative if we only secure 1% of the potential business, we are looking at $50,630.00. One percent is very conservative considering that by the end of the 1st year we will have access to the vast majority of bondsman and will be able to easily access at least annual 5% of the client base. We expect to get the product in the hands of the bondsman in the 4th month and calculate production to start in the 6th month. By the end of the year we expect to have accessed 5% of the annual client base (53,190). At $25.00 per person, we can estimate an income from the questionnaire alone of $1,329,750.00.
The above questionnaire is designed to address the issues indicted and the primary method of addressing legal issues is by the preparation and filing of legal pleadings and motions. The primary purpose of the questionnaire is to determine what pleadings or motions need to be filed, then to prepare the pleadings and motions in fully hyperlinked format. These we can then sell to the lawyers representing the clients.
For any criminal arrest, there are a number of fundamental documents needed to address certain legal issues. Where a client insists on representing himself, we can prepare a bundle of documents with instructions for the person to file. We will target the standard bundle price at $500.
Currently, according to the American Bar Association of Texas, in some 20% of all cases (212,760 people), defendant’s elect to represent themselves. If we can access 10% of those arrested (21,276 people) and some 20% elect to represent themselves (4255 people), we estimate that we will be able to sell our package to at least 10% of the remaining 17,021 people or 1.6% of the annual client pool, we would gross $851,000.00.
Above, we estimated reaching 10% of the client base of 1,063,803 people. Of these 106,380 people, we expect 80% will use a lawyer (81,214 people). We estimate that 25% of those will already know a lawyer they intend to use. That leaves 60% of the clients who use our service opting to send the evaluation to lawyers as a solicitation for representation. That leaves and the secured the lawyer through our service, we expect that at least 25% of those lawyers will purchase our package (20,301 packages). That would equate to 2% of the client base or 20,301 purchases @ $500 each for a total of $10,150,500.00.
We project that we will be able to reach the above projections by the second year in business. The above projections will bring us to $16,320,650.00.
We are prepared to implement an initial set of products withing 6 months of initial funding.
We anticipate one full year in development. This project has the capacity to completely change the way lawyers do their business. When we impliment the project, we can expect that others will readily percieve the value and try to get into the market. If we are to best profit from our advantage, we must have a relatively complete and beta tested product when we start. This way, before anyone else can develop a competing product, we will become the benchmark of the industry.
We project one year until full deployment. That is conservative but we have much work to do.
We plan to start with a team of 1st or 2nd year lawyers for whom law school training is still fresh in their minds. We will train them in how to use the extraction methods then use them to extract the expertise of a number of seasoned lawyers. We will need to develop a basic questionnaire as a backbone to work from when the lawyer sits down with the expert. This will make the process more streamlinedd.
We would like to start with five young attorneys and train them to use the tool. This training will help us adjust our training so that it better addresses the particular focus of lawyers. After two months, we will want to expand the team up to 10 young lawyers as the project demonstrates the need and utility. Within 6 months we expect to have all the areas of legal specialization covered with a basic questionnaire.
For the statute, rule, and regulation portion, we will want another 10 people. These need not be lawyers or paralegals. We will give each a set of law and show the person how to convert the declaratory statements of law into questions. In our experience this process moves rather quickly. Once we have 10 people trained, we will need another 5 young lawyers to go over the work of the first ten as they produce their questionnaires and make adjustments as necessary. Here again, within 6 months we will have all the statutes, rules, and regulations for Texas and the Federal Government which apply to the common areas of legal practice completed.
As we get the questionnaires developed, we will need at least 5 seasoned lawyers going over the questionnaires and pointing out where an answer in one context implicates various other codes. This will integrate all the laws together.
This entire project is based on a different paradigm and consequently, we will need at least three full time technical experts to develop the software package we will need to impliment this project. For the most part, traditional coding has evolved from a time when computer resoruces were scarce and as a result, the method taught in colleges and tech school are an outgrowth of a set of methods based on archaic parameters.
Most current methodologies are based on a computer centric model. We will be developing our software based on a urestic model, one that is human centric. This will take a bit of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking. With three full time coders we can have this methodology up and running within the 6 month timeframe the other developments will be shooting for.
We intend to develop a pro-se package plugin. This we will make available to other websites which offer legal assistance to people without lawyers. For this application, we make adjustments to the questionnaires so that they teach by asking appropriate questions, inform by way of floating notations exaplaining the purpose of the individual questions, demonstrate to the user that remedy in law is available, while at the same time demonstrating that, while there is remedy available, the untrained individual simply does not have the knowledge to secure the remedy and will need a lawyer to assist them.
We suggest that this service be provided free to the user so that we can get the questionnaires filled out and permission to send them to local lawyers as solicitations. This gives us the opportunity to sell the lawyer on the value of our electronic paralegal product.
For participating lawyers, we will develop a plugin that we can whitelable to a lawyers websites so that they can make our questionnaires available to their potential clients. This site will be for the limited use of the individual lawyer and the lawyer will be able to edit the questionnaires to suit his professional needs. The lawyer can then submit the changes s/he had made to us if s/he chooses. Any changes submitted will be reviewed by our stall before implementation on the main site. We will also provide a section for submission of documents by individual lawyers as a resource of the community as a whole and as a way for the lawyer to showcase his particular skill or specialization.
The bail bondsman package will include a special package designed specifically for bondsman as explained above.
The legal insurance package will make the questionnaires available to the clients of the insurer. Here the client can go onto the website and evaluate their particular case. The tool can be geared to produce a report to the user and will also make the report available to a lawyer of the client's choice, even if the lawyer is not a part of the insurer's system. This gives us the opportunity to turn the lawyer into a client of ours and provide the lawyer package to him/her.
